2) I am a parent looking for home tuitions for my child. How do I contact you?

Just click here and enter your details or call our office. A counselor from Pride Tutorials will understand your requirements, and then provide with a tutor best suited for your need.

3) I would like to assess the tutor and check out his/her compatibility with my child before finalizing.

We provide 2 complementary demo classes at your home which will help you to decide if that particular tutor meets up your requirements. Demo classes are chargeable if you are satisfied and continue with that tutor as each demo involves travel and time commitment from our tutors.

4) What if I am not satisfied with the provided Tutor?

If the tutor is unable to fulfill the tuition needs of your ward, our counselors will help you find another tutor best matching your requirements.

5) If I commit for tuitions, do I need to stick to the same tutor?

Not necessarily. You can ask for a replacement any time if you are not satisfied with the progress of your ward. We would however recommend that you complete your tuition month with the tutor and from new month, a suitable replacement will be provided by the agency.

6) If I engage a tutor, do you guarantee the same tutor for entire year?

Most of our tutors continue. However, tutors are freelancers and they can decide whether they want to continue with the classes. We do have penalties for leaving classes without prior intimation. However, if a tutor gives sufficient notice and has a valid reason for not continuing, we respect the tutor's decision.

You can be rest assured that all our tutors have been extensively vetted by our experts, before being assigned to you and therefore, you will have nothing to worry regarding the quality of your child's teacher.

8) Can I pay after the month is over?

No. We take monthly fee upfront and the tutor is paid after the tuition month is over. This brings a commitment from both sides. We have seen this working and there is no reason for us to think otherwise.

9) I am not happy with your services. I need a refund?

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your tutor and we are not able to give you a suitable replacement within two weeks, you have a right to ask for your money. We will deduct tuition money for classes taken and refund the balance amount.

10) Do you do background check on tutors?

No. We ONLY do quality check of tutors.

11) Is it safe to trust a stranger with my kid?

Parents are advised to take ID Proofs of tutors before entering the home for demo sessions. We do not advise any classes in the absence of parents/guardians. We also advise you to talk to your ward regularly and take feedback about the tutor. In the end, we are a marketplace connecting tutors and parents. We do not guarantee any suitability or safety either explicit or implied.

12) How do you ensure high quality tutors?

We do a thorough quality check on subject knowledge and delivery. Our effort is to ensure that your tutor is of high quality. Beyond that, we do not make any further claim. Please note that your need may be different from our assessment and therefore in some situations you may not find a particular tutor suitable. Our counselor will help you find another tutor in such cases. Be advised that Pride Tutorials is a tutor referral company and is not responsible for the services provided by the tutor.
